Sitting just north of Sydney Harbour, Pittwater is an up and coming yachting destination and it has a great deal to offer families holidaying.  Pittwater is a protected harbour where you are guaranteed calm water to enjoy watersports.   It encompasses 18 square kilometres of waterways which is edged by secluded and private beaches, national parks, townships, and restaurants.  It is easily accessible from Sydney and for the first time, ONEWORLD, is offering three-night/four-day charters to a quick but much-needed family holiday.

Fiji

Fiji is the heart of the South Pacific – both literally and metaphorically.   Just a four-hour flight from the east coast of Australia and 11 hours from the west coast of America, Fiji is a tropical gem in an azure sea inhabited with some of the most hospitable people on earth.  There is plenty of water sports and adventures to rival an iPad and guaranteed to tire children whilst parents can relax.  SILENTWORLD is a regular visitor to the Fijian islands and will be returning in September 2018 to Yasawas and Lau Islands offering spectacular scenery in secluded privacy.

Auckland

For those families who enjoy the more adventurous or sporting destinations, Auckland is building to a yachting climax as it prepares for America’s Cup in March of 2021.  Departing from New Zealand’s largest city, a family yachting holiday can include anything from wine tasting on Waiheke Island, to trolling for pelagic fish, trekking on Great Barrier Island or blue water cruising to the Bay of Islands.  As it gets closer to America’s, Auckland will host more sailing spectacles as the qualifying regattas, classic J Class yachts and Millennium Cup builds the tension for the main event.  SuRi is just the yacht for an adventurous family as she is fitted with every imaginable accessory including a helicopter and seaplane.
