The latest addition to the suite of luxury charter options available on Sydney Harbour is arriving mid-November, and it’s a European superyacht that’s sure to turn heads. The only Italian-built alloy superyacht available for charter in Sydney, Infinity Pacific has been acquired by the Karedis and Laundy families, owners and operators of the Pacific Hotel Group.
At 40m, and set over three levels, Infinity Pacific – designed by Parisian interior architect Fréderic Méchiche along with Luca Dini – features a light, modern and sophisticated interior coupled with custom-made furniture to provide a soft and restful ambience throughout.
The superyacht boasts a spacious master suite and two full-beam VIP double cabins. Two additional twin cabins complete the guest accommodation. The floor-to-ceiling glass panorama sunroom on the aft cockpit allows guests to take in the spectacular surrounds of Sydney Harbour, while a professional superyacht crew of eight will ensure a personalised cruising experience.
With a focus on Executive Chef Peter Kuruvita’s unique cooking style and love of seafood, guests will enjoy an exquisite offering of locally sourced ingredients and the freshest produce. Expect signature dishes such as Sri Lankan snapper curry and seared yellowfin tuna with ruby grapefruit, sweet pork and crackling. For the perfect sunset drink, the Japanese-style soakertub and bar on the vessel’s upper deck provide a classic luxury experience.
Clients who charter Infinity Pacific are invited to personalise their cruising itinerary along the Australian coastline, to destinations including; Cairns, the Whitsundays and Pittwater, as well as bluewater voyages to the South Pacific and New Zealand. The superyacht will be docked at Sydney Superyacht Marina in Rozelle and will be available for charter from mid-November.
