Once again Sydney-based, Ocean Alliance is leading the way when it comes to the Superyacht Charter business.
Ocean Alliance was the first Australian Superyacht Charter Company to coordinate a 5-day familiarisation trip of the Whitsundays for leading international superyacht charter brokers and media, hosted on board the 40m SILENTWORLD. The Owner of SILENTWORLD, a luxury yacht managed and represented exclusively for charters by Ocean Alliance, provided this cruising opportunity. The itinerary was strongly supported by Tourism Australia, aligning with their global premium strategy to showcase the best the region has to offer.
Guests invited to this first-hand experience on board the impressive 6-cabin superyacht for charter in Australia, were treated to a unique itinerary created by Captain Michael Gooding. From Hamilton Island, SILENTWORLD cruised the Whitsundays including the Outer Reef, visited the world-class marina at Airlie Beach, had a sneak look at Heart Reef whilst taken on a helicopter flight before diving from the yacht’s aft deck to get close to the coral gardens at the Stepping Stones… without forgetting quieter afternoons enjoying the complement of water sports, a tour of the Golf Course at Dent Island and a lavish lunch at the exclusive facilities of Qualia – overlooking SILENTWORLD at anchor in front of the resort.
By experiencing what it is truly like to holiday on a superyacht in the Whitsundays, the Charter Brokers gained a greater understanding of the level of service offered on board SILENTWORLD, complemented by an unforgettable experience that can also be offered to their clients.
Our industry guests were representatives from the renowned international brokerage houses of Burgess Yachts, Y.CO, IYC, Fraser Yachts, and All Yachts Worldwide.
Ocean Alliance will continue to break new ground by using innovative and modern ways to attract the superyacht client to the region, in search of incredible Australian experiences.
